In the role of The KYC and Compliance Manager, you are the key player in managing financial risks. You often start your work week by screening new global banking relationships. You will implement a brand-new, standardized KYC approach and ensure all documentation is handled with precision.
Throughout the day, you interact frequently with senior stakeholders. You advise them on compliance aspects of complex transactions and strategic projects. You proactively monitor adherence to laws and regulations and report on these via the Treasury Management Report. Additionally, you ensure all Treasury contracts are centrally registered and up to date. In short: you are the mentor who keeps the organization sharp and safeguards policy compliance.
